It offers interdisciplinary training, funding opportunities, travel grants, networking events, and individual advice to support doctoral researchers throughout their academic journey.

Career Paths & Mentoring in Science supports the best female researchers and guides them along their career paths both within and outside of academia.
ERASMUS+ supports continuing education and professional development programs for higher education staff in program countries to promote internationalization. Training periods abroad can consist of job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses or specific competence-building events. Opportunities to take part in professional development activities are available to staff working at all levels of education.
The IAESTE is an independend, nonpolitical, international Internship Exchange Organisation. It arranges internships in new cultural environments for enrolled students in engineering, the natural sciences, agriculture, and forestry.
It is okay, to ask for help! The University of Rostock's Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) network provides trained first responders who offer confidential, low-threshold support for students and staff experiencing psychological stress or mental health challenges. MHFA responders listen, provide initial guidance, and help connect individuals with appropriate professional support when needed.
